According to CareerBuilder’s Midyear Jobs Forecast, the end of 2016 will look similar to the beginning. However, we will see a new trend of higher wages. The increase in wages are due to competition for talent. Employers will most likely hire at the same rate as last year, but are looking for better qualified candidates. According to the forecast, 70% of HR managers say their companies will need to offer high compensation to attract new, more qualified talent.
