Sometimes group interviews are hard to handle. It may be intimidating to be in a room with individuals competing for the same job as you. Group interviews exist, not to scare you, but to enlighten management. Group interviews test your skills and knowledge, but also allow HR to see you operate in a team setting. A one on one interview does not allow you to showcase your ability to be a good team member. Use a group interview as an opportunity to show management that you work well in a team setting.
